Welcome to the online home of Elite Training Academy. We teach the Moy Yat Ving Tsun (Wing Chun) Kung Fu system. A unique brand of self defense that offers effective training for men, women and children. The workouts we offer teach you to relax and effectively handle any stressful situation, whether it is defending yourself from an aggressor, to accomplishing more on the job or in school.

3 Basic Forms

Siu Nim Tau

The first form in the Ving Tsun system, Siu Nim Tau is translated as "Little Idea". This form is regarded in many circles as the gem of Ving Tsun as it proudly boasts its claim as an essential  form that builds internal energy. Body structure, centerline theory and the entire system is found within this form. This is the foundation and building block of martial skill.Siu-Nim-Tau-png

Chum Kiu

Chum Kiu is the 2nd form learned as it translates to"Seeking Bridge". To many the fun starts here, due to its moving nature. This form builds the students coordination and balance along with teaching core values in combative theory and bridging the gap between you and the opponent. This highly dynamic form utilizes advanced footwork and builds power.Chum-Kiu-Png

Biu Jee

Last is Biu Jee a.k.a "Darting Fingers". Often mysterious in nature due to the various plays within lineages. Biu Jee highlights fast movements for short and long range situations and only comes out to play when one finds themselves in "emergency" situations. Advanced Training

IMG-Pole-Moy-Yee-TungLuk Dim Boon Kwan also known as the 6 ½ actually ranges from 8 to 9 ft. The power from the long bridge of the two arms is concentrated into one point and is shot out to the different positions in the form. It only has six and one half techniques. This form builds strength in the legs and arms and uses a traditional wide horse stance when performing training drills..  It will also improves coordination and teaches one more about the centerline.

Moy-Yat-dummy-Thought to have originated in the shaolin temple The wooden dummy offers the practitioner a means of performing techniques where a partner would otherwise not be available. The Jong made of solid wood represents a physical person. By training on the jong it helps correct arm position and allows for the use of waist power and execution of energy and teaches correct distance. The form itself is performed with 108 movements.
